SSC GD (Staff Selection Commission General Duty) परीक्षा भारत में केंद्रीय पुलिस बलों, BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP और SSB जैसी संस्थाओं में भर्ती के लिए आयोजित की जाती है। यह परीक्षा उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए है जो भारत की सुरक्षा सेवाओं में अपना करियर बनाना चाहते हैं।

1. SSC GD क्या है?

SSC GD एक केंद्रीय स्तर की भर्ती परीक्षा है, जो केंद्रीय पुलिस बलों और अन्य paramilitary forces में constable और general duty posts के लिए आयोजित की जाती है।

यह परीक्षा objective type (multiple-choice questions) होती है।

परीक्षा पास करने के बाद, उम्मीदवारों का चयन Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) और medical fitness के आधार पर किया जाता है।

2. Eligibility Criteria * 2.1 Educational Qualification

The 10th grade (Matriculation)

मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से शिक्षा होना जरूरी है

* 2.2 Maximum Age

सामान्य श्रेणी: 18–23 साल

SC/ST/OBC/Female candidates को age relaxation मिलता है (SSC के newest announcement अनुसार)

 2.3 Nationality

या नेपाल/भूटान के नागरिक, जिनके पास अनुमतियाँ हैं

 Physical Standard Test (PST)

लंबाई और छाती का माप पुरुषों और महिलाओं के लिए अलग होता है।

पुरुषों के लिए: Minimum height: 170 cm; chest: 80–85 cm

महिलाओं के लिए: 157 cm is the minimum height.

 *Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Running five kilometers in a day

1.6 km run in 8.5 minutes

Pull-ups, long jump, high jump जैसी activities भी हो सकती हैं
